We considered a few companies and decided that this was the best approach

We paid $100,000 to get a large amount of online training from this vendor

It varied over time. Most of the time on the vendors end there was 1-2.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
No, unfortunately the vendor provided a product that did not work. We went back and forth on it and eventually the conversation dropped. They kept the money. I picked it back up a couple years later and while they were helpful they still didnt get the courses working.
In fact, they admitted that they sold us faulty goods that don't work on most customers LMS. They then had the audacity to try and charge me another $10,000. They have since ceased all communication.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was good at first but they do not communicate if things are not going their way.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Nothing

Customer service was not good when they didn't get their way.
The product that Lean Methods Group delivered did not work. After a few backs and forth regarding the project, the team suddenly ceased all communication without returning the client's money. They refused to give an update when things did not go their way, resulting in undesirable customer service.
