LeadPro Agency is a client acquisition agency for established service businesses, B2B and B2C, that already bill over €200,000 a year and want growth that no longer depends on word of mouth. We are a team of 17 based in Barcelona, with an office in Santiago, Chile.
LeadPro is part of AD Group, founded by Juan Duque Barreto (CEO) and Fabiana Palacio (CMO). They started their first B2B acquisition agency in Barcelona with no outside funding and no network, and in 2020 turned it into a group. Today AD Group runs seven business lines, bills over €1.5M a year and employs 50+ people across Spain and Colombia; Europa Press and El Español covered the story in July 2026. Because the group owns franchises in services and beauty, every campaign we sell has first been tested on our own revenue.
How we work
