We received a marketing strategy, go-to marketing strategy, many documents & templates as well as a social media straetgy

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Items were delivered on time and Ivonna was very organized. I would say as a start-up I didn't feel she fully understood what we needed from a "scrappy" perspective. It at times felt very corporate when we didn't have much of a corporate structure.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really loved all the templates they provided out of the gate. She genuinely cares about our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Lavender Agency could have done differently?

I'd say wearing the hat of being in our business would have been helpful. A lot of the strategies felt blanket for any business or perhaps more fashion/clothing aligned rather than food & beverage. I think we needed an executer but got more strategy. Since our marketing team was green we needed direction but also implementation. TLA had really great ideas and was pointing us in the right direction of organization just needed more help with executing. If we could have allotted more hours and money perhaps we could have seen a greater ROI!
