I’m the co-owner of Taxi Chambly. We’re a taxi service, but we also operate a gas station and a mechanic shop.

We needed to create a fully functional website that allowed customers to book a taxi directly from the site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LaunchWebflow designed and developed our website. The team also handled the domain registration, hosting, Google Calendar integration, launch, and maintenance.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from LaunchWebflow.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 46% spike in online bookings, which caused a net increase in airport bookings by 24%. We started seeing these increases immediately after the website launch.

How did LaunchWebflow perform from a project management standpoint?

LaunchWebflow delivered quicker than promised. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

LaunchWebflow was quick to respond and helped us think about what we wanted on our website.
