I'm the Chief Operating Officer at KISSPatent. KISSPatent is a global IP consulting company specialized in disruptive technologies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Launch Mappers?

We have struggled to define our marketing funnel strategy as it had too many moving parts and elements. We also wanted to redesign our website as it was time to update.

The two challenges made us realize that we need expert help - we hired Launch Mappers to help us define & facilitate the marketing funnel setup.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of David's input, we managed to kickstart our marketing activities with new goals. We document everything now - our newly created funnel generates most of our sales leads. The project was well-worth to invest in.

Perfect - David is really flexible, helpful, and kind.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed & knowledge. They were very quick to adapt & understand our problems, though our setup is a bit complex. Then they delivered a great solution which was well thought-through.
