• The videos needed to have captioning in both English and Spanish, so translation services were additionally needed.

• Periodic updates on the project were provided; closed captioning was completed earlier than the company anticipated; translation services were exceptional and error free.

The project manager that was assigned to me was very communicative on the status of the project and kept us informed of progress. When we had questions or were forced to make unanticipated changes, they were very understanding and helpful. Timeliness of response to calls was exceptional and prompt. I loved the customer service!

I found the attention to detail and commitment to providing the best services possible to myself and my client were amazing. This company had extensive experience in the work we required.

The person I dealt with was very professional and friendly. He delivered the file via WeTransfer, as I asked for. The file was perfect. No complaints. I'd use them again.

I only had one Zoom meeting with the project manager.  He was nice and knowledgeable  I saifd I needed the file delivered in about 7 days, and he sent it in 2 days.

I asked LATVGUY LLC to create an Audio Description file for a documentary I had edited. They wrote the script and created voice over files that were added to the documentary between dialogue. They then added the voice over tracks to the documentary file and ducked the audio when the the VO was needed. They then supplied me with an alternate WAV file with the Audio Description and original audio from the documentary.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were very quick to deliver a perfect file. Everything was done correctly with no rejections.

I was given a specific project manager who was there for me the whole time. He was quick to answer emails and would reach out if they had any questions. I felt very secure using them, and will do it again for future projects.

We were impressed by their dedication to perfection and their friendly correspondence.  I fely like I have known and worked with them for years.

From what I can tell, they seem like a strong company that will go far.
