Took 4 months to do our taxes....wasn't told we owe till the beginning of august...wife tried calling Evan, the guy doing our taxes, never was able to get in contact with him. He was always gone...then some guy named Chris had then for a month....literally the worst and we will never go back....we owe 9,000 to federal and just found out...payments needed to be made a long time ago...a complete disgrace

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Failed to be in contact...They completely ruined our taxes.....my wife is literally crying because we now get charged 5 percent every month till we pay. I'll be showing up in person to pickup the 435 dollar check we wrote for them to do our taxes. Completely false.

Nobody knows what they're doing...didn't even know how to go to irs website to set up a payment plan...couldn't answer any questions on how much we owed even 3 months after they had our paperwork. Idk how they're in business

Nothing...I'm pissed and will only inform other on their incompetence

Just fire everyone in the building on center point road location....Noone knew anything
