Before start the project we schedule couple of meeting, understood Lathiya Solutions team strength, skill and availability then i explained our project requirement. I got few valuable input from Vijay with time lime and best price cost for the Project.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site, which we ran by management to approve. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed the new wordpress site, incorporating a payment processing feature and many others.

Most of the communication was with the Senior WordPress Developer Vijay, 3 Other Full time WordPress - Php Developer and 1 Designer work full time on our Project. also based on our work priority on request they allocated more developers as well.
