I’m the owner of Enchanted Wares, a recreation company. I run a B2C end-to-end entertainment solution.

What challenge were you trying to address with Larsen Code Labs?

About 25% of our qualified leads would message the wrong inbox, placing them into a spam folder, which required manually checking each spam email to make sure it wasn’t a lead.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Larsen Code Labs developed an AI agent that continually monitored that inbox and rerouted the qualified leads to the proper inbox. The team built a custom AI agent and integrated it with social media for lead capture and redirects. Larsen Code Labs also provides continuous support in case it ever breaks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our conversions increased by 10% in February 2026 alone. The increase was directly linked to the new AI agent.

Larsen Code Labs' project management was impeccable. They delivered ahead of schedule and started as soon as the deposit was cleared. We communicated via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. They sent daily updates on the project. I had their personal cell numbers in case I had an emergency for ongoing support. At the price I paid, it was an enormous value.
