The measurable outcomes from this project clearly demonstrated both progress and success. The platform successfully handled 50+ simultaneous live camera streams without major downtime, meeting the core technical requirement. The custom-built video player enabled users to switch between camera angles, zoom, and capture highlights, providing the interactive experience envisioned by the client.

From a business perspective, the pay-as-you-consume model was fully implemented, with accurate transaction and watch history tracking. This gave users full transparency over their payments and viewing activity. Additionally, the system delivered stable performance under high user loads, showcasing its scalability.

Overall, the client was very satisfied with the work, as the platform met all agreed deliverables and provided a seamless, engaging, and monetizable streaming experience.

Job Marketplace for Blue and Grey Collar workers in India, and they were responsible for 

1.  Employees portal: This is a portal where users/ job seekers can search, apply, and contact HR
2. Employer Portal: This is a protal where Employeers can create, duplicate and manange jobs. Also,schedule interviews.
3. Admin Portal: Admin can seach users, block fake profiles, fake jobs, add new cities, job roles and data about the job numbers, and other things.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

1. Lantus systems were able to deliver products on time, and we were able to go to market on time. We achieved over 6,000 users in 4 months, and more than 250 employers signed up. 
2. They delivered the Android app on time and we got over 1600+ downloads in a few months.

They had used a ticketing and project management tool such as ClickUp., At each meeting there was a major person of contact(project manager) was present. Both front-end and back-end developers were present. They used to send me a meeting summary doc, and we used to have online meetings to resolve any issues quickly.
