I am the owner of a Meat Export business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lahore Graphic Design, and what were your goals?

Pak Meat International is a new business. Our requirement was an impressive and comprehensive website to lure potential clients from all over the world. We decided to hire Lahore Graphic Design to develop and design a versatile website that would truly stand out from our competitors. We wanted a customised design in word press which we could tweak around in the future as well.

How did you select Lahore Graphic Design and what were the deciding factors?

I came to know about Lahore Graphic Design a couple of years back when I was in another line of business. They stood out because of their versatile portfolio showcasing websites that were functional and yet very attractive and outstanding. When I called their office, they sounded professional, so I decided to hire them for a project. I have since then always considered them to be the best for website design and development.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a meeting to discuss the scope of our project and what our requirements were. The Lahore Graphic Design team took detailed notes to ensure that they thoroughly understood our needs. A draft website design was initiated and on approval of the the draft, web development started.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had two people from the vendor's team working with us. The owner of the company who is the Primary graphic designer and the second person was from the web development team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we got compliments on the design of the site from everyone who visited it. They felt the site was extremely professionally made with a very crisp clean design unlike any other similar site at our location.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We had daily whatsapp and telephone calls to discuss the project and any issues or changes required with design and development. The Lahore Graphics Design team informed us of any delays in delivery and a timeline was always given.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The one thing that really stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile to understand our requirements and make any requested changes whenever they were requested. To be extremely patient with us and to help us understand any shortcomings of the design if we did the design a certain way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a few text formatting issues that they could have avoided.
