we started by rebuilding the campaigns, set up conversion and connect our CRM to google ads to report foe closed jobs and gross profit per job. from there we got to optimize the types of jobs each of out techs excels at (according to close rate and margins) ans now we plan to expand to another state.

we stopped losing techs to competitors and losing on ads because we started getting more jobs from google, then started to grow and now were expanding to another state

there's wasn't a set schedule, we immediately started working. they took over the ads accounts and connected everything. if i recall correctly it was less than a week for the initial setup and the improvement came quickly after

they said something that stuck with me that i liked. Roy once said that they don't optimize for shiney reports but for healthy bottom lines. we can pay more for leads that are more qualified and need a more profitable service.

Nothing to complain. I'm happy with the service.
