Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Aviation Indeed, and we started the company more than four years ago. We offer ground support, recruitment, online and offline courses, and branding for the aviation industry.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with La Decoller Pvt. Ltd.?

The situation of the aviation industry during the pandemic wasn’t very good. We were doing a pretty good job on social media and other online channels, but it wasn’t easy for us to survive with the manpower we had. As a result, we went to La Decoller to reduce our marketing cost.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve reduced our internal marketing team to one person, and we let La Decoller take over. La Decoller is managing our email marketing and PPC efforts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google. They’re also creating a new website for us. They provide design services, including creating a new logo for our company. In the coming months, they’re going to work on our SEO too. 

What is the team composition?

They have a complete team working for us, including a content lead, marketing lead, graphic designers, and PPC managers. They’ve brought in a team of SEO researchers too.

How did you come to work with La Decoller Pvt. Ltd.?

They were a well-known agency, and we liked their approach. We know what kinds of services our external clients needed, and that was the reason why we chose La Decoller. If we wouldn’t be able to fulfill the requirements of our external customers or solve their problems, we wouldn’t see the purpose of taking their money.

How much have you invested with them?

The total so far is around $250,000, including the campaigns and website. We started with $3,000–$4,000, and we increased to $20,000–$25,000 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with La Decoller in June 2020, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve reduced our marketing cost by 50–55%, and they saved us a lot of stress as well. Our engagement has been pretty good so far. La Decoller’s cost is almost half that of other agencies, and their experience is double.

Moreover, their concepts and designs are different from others — I really like their work. Above all, they charge what they say they will.

How did La Decoller Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They follow On-Time Performance (OTP). We’ve only had a couple of delays, and I’ve never seen them deliver something late without informing anyone about it. We use Microsoft Teams and Zoho and both are pretty helpful.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If I’m busy with work and ask them to give me a call at 8 p.m., they always accommodate me. Overall, La Decoller is a pretty amazing team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m working with a couple of people in charge of the frontend, but I’m not aware of La Decoller’s team working in the background. We want to be introduced to them because we want them to work as an in-house team. 

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Now that there's COVID-19, businesses have to save money, but they also have to grow at the same time. There are a lot of digital marketing companies here in India, but they don't deliver on time. On the contrary, La Decoller is punctual and loyal, and they value their client’s money. I highly recommend approaching them.
