We needed help improving our company on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, as well as growing our social media presence.

Kyzenn has been helping us with advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Facebook, and Google. The team has also been creating content for those platforms and working on listing development and updates on Amazon and Walmart. The goal is to improve our advertising spend and conversion, develop our social media presence, and bring in sales from outside advertising to e-commerce platforms.

Kyzenn's team is constantly expanding to meet our needs. If we need assistance with graphics, they will put a graphics person on our account to assist in quality development. If we need better sales verbiage that helps us incorporate the best tools for the best results.

Thanks to Kyzenn's work, we've seen growth in sales, better returns on ad spend, and a growing social media presence. Our profit margin has increased by 50%. We've also started Facebook advertising and gained over $200,000 in profit margin.

Kyzenn's project management is excellent and very organized. The team has delivered on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

Kyzenn's constant communication is impressive. The team is always available when needed. Kyzenn is very goal-oriented and dedicated to our account. Previous agencies only focused on portions of our account, but Kyzenn is constantly monitoring the entire account and giving valuable feedback. Unlike every other agency, which only focuses on trying to make the good things better. Kyzenn is driven to improve everything and is focused on the overall growth of the business.
