We contacted Szymon and his team with a portal that urgently needed to be rebuilt due to errors. It turned out that this team is incredibly professional. Apart from a well-made portal, we received everything that we didn't even realize at the beginning of our journey.

We had trouble automating the work. There were a lot of problems with finding solutions for certain activities. We hired Kysune and it turned out to be a good decision. After a long consultation, he met our expectations 100%.

The choice was quite hard because the project was not easy. Autoamtics required a great deal of knowledge. However, after contacting Kysune and talking, he turned out to be a concrete person who knew how to deal with the problem. The contact was constant and trouble-free which also influenced my decision.

Kysune created an entire platform for us with the specific automation we wanted. Everything was modular by which each new addition could be added quickly and it did not affect the operation of other things. The automation worked very well, and any bugs that came up along the way were fixed right away by Kysune and his team.

A total of 3 people worked for us. Each dealt with different automation issues.

Overall, I was mega surprised by the quick contact and immediate response. In addition, when the problem was very labor intensive his staff went into the project very easily.

In my opinion, with our project, all the elements that were important to us were met 100%.

We had various project managers throughout as our main point of contact as the project has been going on for so long. There was a full team of developers working on this project which changed size throughout.

The level of expertise that they have available due to the size of their firm was astounding. As a result, we had access to experts in areas that we don’t have on our internal team.

Communication was clear during the main development. We're now establishing a new way of working together as our main project has come to an end and we're looking at maintenance support and future smaller scopes for feature updates.

We recently set up a group Whatsapp to help with ongoing communication which has been great for those times we need a quick answer.

If you know what you want to build, Kysune will handle the execution and deliver precisely what you want.

No, the process was pretty smooth.

We've been running our website since 2015 and we needed to implement some new features to bring new users to the website. We've hired Kysune to work on these features.

We've discussed our plans and shared our ideas via e-mail. After that we have been updated on daily basis with all the work that was done each day.

New features which were implemented increased were used thousand of times by our customers already. We're happy with the result.

Each day we've been updated with the status of the work which was really satisfying. We also had access to a sandbox which let us play with the new features and tweak them if it was necessary.

The way they work is excellent. We had really good experience working with the team. We've got a lot of priceless hints from the full stack developer on how to improve and optimize our code and make our website better and safer place for the end user.

We are satisfied with the overall work, so it's hard to tell if there's any room for improvement in their workstyle.
