Kyivstar.Tech have implemented an automated Business Impact Analysis (BIA) system on the Power Apps platform, integrated with SharePoint and Active Directory. This solution has significantly optimized business process management and enhanced client operations efficiency through:

• Data Collection Automation: The application allows business process owners to fill in information across 33 fields. The data is automatically stored in the database, minimizing the risk of errors and simplifying further processing.
• Real-Time Validation: Once business process owners have entered the data, BCM managers receive automatic notifications for validation. After this, owners can no longer edit the information, ensuring data integrity and speeding up the verification process.
• Convenient Reporting: BCM managers can generate reports on the criticality of business processes and systems at any time, enabling quick access to key analytical information.
