Kvarthal helped us set up a full outreach system from start to finish. They first learned about our business and the type of clients we were looking for. Then, they found a list of companies that matched our ideal buyers and created the custom application to find the companies, write personalized cold emails for each segment. We are satisfied with the results, really good guys

We started getting real replies and booking calls with potential buyers. The system brought in over 50 warm leads and helped us book around a dozen sales meetings starting from May. Our reply rates improoved, and the leads were much more relevant than before. Overall, it made our sales process faster and more effective.

Kvarthal Co. completed everything on time, as we agreed. They answered all our questions and were really kind, explained if it was needed. Hopefully we will work on long term basis.

They really helped us build a custom AI assistant that automated client emails and shipment updates. They handled everything from the initial workflow audit to integration with our CRM system. We got a working AI tool, easy to follow setup docs.They were actually really friendly and supportive during the process.

I can't really say the exact number, but the system that they designed they saved tons of our time and effors, I would say around 20-30 hours of work is saved only because of their system that they integrated, moreover we noticed increase in client satisfaction

What personally shocked us was how fast they understood our business operations and delivered something practical, not just a fancy tech demo. They moved quickly, communicated and asked questions, also they offer audit for basically any niche and try to understand company's problems and headaches

As a new company on the market, they're doing well, as we spoke to the founder of this company, we truly believed that they will crash the market soon!
