I am Marketing Manager by the company Josera. Josera is animal nutrition producer.

For what projects/services did your company hire KUFER DESIGN?

We have been working with the creative agency "Kufer Design" since 2017 in the direction of graphic design and production of commercials.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When my company needed a design contractor, I reminded the good reviews of the agency Kufer Design that I heard from colleagues at one of the conferences. I decided to try to work with them and never regretted it.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We provided the agency with all the necessary materials for the work and held several explanatory meetings to clarify our expectations from the work. When the designers of the agency returned to us with the first incarnations - we were completely satisfied with the result and had only a few minor changes. In the future, the work went quickly, accurately and efficiently!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 10 persons: 4 graphic designers, 1 illustrator, 2 virtual application developers, 2 animators and a project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The process of branding stores was very fast. Thus, with the help of the agency, we have branded retail outlets of our products across the country in a very short time and the design definitely stands out from the competition.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It is always easy to communicate with the team. The designers and managers respond quickly to us, and all changes and additions are made accurately.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every experience with this agency was good. Each challenge was solved in the shortest possible time and always with the most effective solutions. Very grateful to the team for that!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It never occurred to me that I would like to advise the team to improve their work. Probably, they do everything well and correctly!
