I’m the managing director of a telemedicine company.

What challenge were you trying to address with KS Sp. z o.o.?

I needed help with digital marketing in order to get my site recognized and to increase my rank position on Google.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave KS access to my site, and they performed a professional audit. After that, they gave us a professional project plan for the next three quarters. They now manage our SEO efforts as well as our Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We’re working with an account manager and six other people from KS including a graphic designer, Facebook Ads lead, Google Ads lead, and SEO lead. They also have a person responsible for analyzing data on Google Analytics.

I found them on Google. After leaving my contact with them, they reached out to me and told me that my website wasn’t optimized after doing a preliminary audit report. I also liked that they were data-driven. After our conversations over the phone, I was convinced to work with KS.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2021, and we continue to work together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've helped us improved our ranking on Google. As a result, the number of new patients we have dramatically increased. In addition, our Facebook traffic has also increased.

How did KS Sp. z o.o. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management process is very good. As soon as we started the engagement, I’ve been aware of what's happening in our projects. The KS team is transparent, professional, and responsive. Most importantly, they discuss issues in a very direct manner.

We use email and phone calls to communicate. As soon as I've presented my goals to them, they've immediately set up what I've needed. Overall, everything has been perfect.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that all their decisions are based on data. In addition, they use many tools to help me identify my position on Google. On top of that, they give me insights on how to rank better.
