I have been working with Krolog Inc. for several months now, and I am extremely satisfied with the Amazon Seller Central PPC services they have provided. As an Amazon seller, managing pay-per-click campaigns can be quite overwhelming, but Krolog Inc. has taken the hassle out of the process. Their team is not only knowledgeable about the intricacies of Amazon's advertising platform but also dedicated to understanding the unique needs of my business. 

From the start, they took the time to analyze my products, target audience, and competitors, which resulted in highly effective and targeted PPC campaigns. What sets Krolog Inc. apart is their transparent communication and regular reporting. I always know how my campaigns are performing, and they are quick to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

I’m the owner of an e-commerce platform called Rogtronics.

What challenge were you trying to address with Krolog Inc.?

We realized that we needed to outsource services for advertising and branding. We weren’t able to do everything by ourselves, and we needed help from an outside resource. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We set up a lot of stuff before bringing in Krolog Inc., including registration and GS1. We provided them with business documents, and they took over everything from that point forward. 

They take care of our marketing, branding, and PPC advertising. They maintain everything involving Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and write product descriptions for Amazon. They also act as an IT and cloud consultant for us. 

What is the team composition?

We work with three people, including a sale manager who is our primary point of contact.

We found them on Amazon and they reached out to us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $250,000 so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in December 2021, and it is ongoing.

It’s going very well. We are in the process of putting out new products, and everything has been running very smoothly. 

We can’t express how happy we are with the partnership and how things are going.

They have outstanding project management skills. We communicate incredibly well, and they are very friendly and approachable. We have nothing negative to say about anyone on the team that we work with.

Krolog Inc. has a wonderful staff that is responsive to anything we need. 

They get things done very quickly, and there’s never a lapse in time for anything. They’re providing us with outstanding service and a really great value for the cost.

There’s nothing we can think of that they could be doing differently.
