The name of the company is FRESH, and we’re a branding and digital services provider.

What challenge were you trying to address with Krichet?

We needed someone to help us with developing a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first project that I used them on was a trial web development project. They managed to finish the frontend aspect of the project in less than a week.

What is the team composition?

I just work with Max (CEO).

How did you come to work with Krichet?

We were looking for a solid frontend team that has the capability of building the designs we send through. Moreover, we don’t want them altering or interpreting the designs differently. I think Krichet showed that they had that capability based on their portfolio.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve probably invested around $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since March 2019, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The turnaround time and quality of the work are good. We’re able to stick to our schedule thanks to the team, which is important especially when working with clients. Moreover, we’re really happy with their services. Their work on the front- and backend is really solid, they go in and fix whatever needs fixing.

How did Krichet perform from a project management standpoint?

The overall communication is really good. Max speaks multiple languages which is really helpful.    

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their services are great, but I think one thing they can probably do better on is to say “no” more often. Another thing they can improve on is to avoid taking on a specific project that might be a little out of their wheelhouse. 

One time, we had to work with a really tough customer, but we still managed to get something accomplished in spite of all that. It was a little bit of a challenge, but that’s always going to happen in this business. For all the success that we’ve had with them, I can certainly overlook that — most of the time it ends up being our fault, as well as the client’s. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to have your side of things cleaned up really well and ready to go. Make sure you have a project manager with who you can check in frequently.
