The goal was to have a modern platform that was responsive, SEO-friendly and easy to use.

Our project was completed in time and lives up to its expectations. We have ranked remarkably higher in the SERPs over a rather short period.

Their communication was excellent. Every detail that mattered was communicated on time and in a vivid way with screenshots and code snippets explained.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can't think of much for now. So far so good. Maybe it'll need more javascript as the community grows but that bridge will be crossed then. Kreative renaissance rocks.
