I don't have much more to add at the moment, my project is complex but not the most complex either, so for me everything has gone really smoothly.

I was playing the roles of project manager and product developer without ant prior experience. There was a lot that Idid not know when we started the project. Kreante was very patient, collaborative, instructive, and persistent in making things right.

The project really came together after I hired a UX consultant to help me with the things I did not know. We would have saved some time if they had guided me in that direction earlier, but that was not what I hired them for, and I probably would've resisted the advice anyway.

• the Kreante team has been flexible to work with, despite being in the opposite time zone (Asia vs South America).
• communication via messaging tools was sufficient most of the times, and when not, a zoom or teams call solved the situation. Kreante appointed a project coordinator which handled most communications and when required, he would involve members of the Kreante technical team.
• Timelines were adhered most of the times, resulting in negligible delays.
