Scope of Work: 

The project involves the design, development, testing, and deployment of a mobile application for customers to order dairy products directly from a local dairy provider. The app will allow users to subscribe to daily/weekly deliveries, manage their orders, make secure payments, and track delivery status. The solution will be built for both Android and iOS platforms with an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Measurable Outcomes

We aim to get at least 1,000 downloads and 500 active subscribers in the first 3 months.

Our goal is to have 70% of users actively using the app each month, with 60% placing repeat orders.

The app should be fast (loading in under 3 seconds) and stable (with a crash-free rate above 99%).

Most payments (98%+) should go through smoothly without errors.

We’re targeting a customer satisfaction score (NPS) above 50, with support issues resolved within 24 hours.

From the admin side, tasks like scheduling deliveries should take less than 2 minutes.
