I'm the director of a business services company. We assist our clients with project management courses. We have clients from big multinational corporations (MNCs), and they choose us as their project management partner to upskill their employees with project management principles.

The scope included logo design, brand guidelines, and brand assets for marketing and business purposes. The brand assets included the company logo, brand guidelines, presentation templates, corporate proposals, marketing collateral, and certificate templates representing the company for MNC clients.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We improved the trust and credibility with clients by using those assets. They looked professional, and we created many courses after that using their templates. We provided certificates as well, which brought positive feedback and opportunities to the company. We saw an increase in inquiries and a 25% increase in client training requirements. Clients also returned with contracts for training every month. The assets were professional, which built trust and positive brand awareness and perception.

They delivered on time. They also made changes based on the given feedback, and they understood the brand really well. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

I liked the fact that they had an agile process to follow. They always came back after each feedback for approvals and helped us understand what the best approach could be.

There's nothing they could improve on. The costing was quite competitive, and we saw the results.
