Kordevra Studio

Kordevra Studio is a web design and development studio run by two people: Ivan (founder and lead developer, 10+ years of full-stack experience) and Egor (marketer and UI/UX designer, 7+ years in design and paid ads). We build custom websites for small businesses across the United States, working remotely from Los Angeles. Most clients are local service businesses: plumbers, electricians, contractors, dental practices, law firms and restaurants.

Every project starts with a free, custom homepage draft delivered as a live link in about 48 hours, so the client sees real work before paying anything. If they go ahead, the site is built for a flat one-time price: $890 for a single-page site, $1,490 for up to five pages with copywriting, $2,900 for a multi-page site with a CMS, or a custom quote for e-commerce and web apps. A monthly care plan ($99-$199/mo) covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL, daily backups, security updates, unlimited small edits and support. It can be cancelled after three months, and we hand over hosting, domain and files within five business days. Clients own their code, design, content and domain.

We usually build in Next.js and React for speed, and use a CMS or WordPress when it genuinely fits the client better. Single-page sites go live in about five business days; sites of up to five pages in seven to ten.
