BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m on the board of directors for a distributor of kitchen goods, such as kitchen faucets, waste systems, refrigerators, and more. It’s a family-owned company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with konstrukt?

We were trying to enter the online channel. Serbia isn’t the most developed when it comes to online platforms. We wanted to develop a webshop that is intuitive and easy to use.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We first arranged a meeting. We talked about what we needed. After that, they came back 3–4 days later with an offer on what they could do and how much the price would be. We discussed details and moved forward.

They began work on the e-commerce site. It gives the Serbian consumer information about sinks, faucets, and more. With this information, they hopefully will buy from us. The site uses WordPress.

They’ve also done some rebranding of our company logo. They also worked on the branding of our company. They suggested how to better use social media channels like Instagram, Facebook and others.

What is the team composition?

I only interact with two people. They’re the co-founders of konstrukt.

How did you come to work with konstrukt?

We found them through a recommendation. My lawyer represents other firms that work with konstrukt who were satisfied with the work. I got in touch with them and the rest is history.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began work in August 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since we established the e-commerce site, our online stake has grown from 0.5% to 4.6%, which is fantastic. The total visitors have grown to 76,000 users annually — a huge success in our small country. We also have 8,000 followers despite the small market in Serbia on Instagram. Their social media work was a huge success.

How did konstrukt perform from a project management standpoint?

We were satisfied with them. We had no issue with them in regards to communication. They were always quick to respond. They put their best foot forward consistently. They’re incredibly responsible and a fantastic choice.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a lot of energy and are focused on their job. They’re willing to do the work efficiently and fulfill every assignment.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were satisfied with all of their services. I can’t think of anything that they could have done better.
