Konik System

Konik System is a Gdańsk-based team that designs, implements and runs one operating system for small and mid-sized companies: CRM, an AI assistant, finance, HR, legal monitoring and marketing in a single place, set up around the way your company already works.

We start with a 48-hour Diagnosis of your processes and tools, then implement in stages. Typical scope: a CRM with documents, email, tasks and team chat; an AI assistant that answers from your own documents with a source and carries out tasks under human approval; KSeF e-invoicing, HR records and recruitment; daily monitoring of Polish and EU law; and a marketing strategy that turns into content and campaigns you approve before anything is published.

Data stays on EU servers or on your own server. Each person sees only what their role allows, logins use multi-factor authentication, and every AI action is logged.

We are part of Grupa KONIK, together with mrtiq (AI training and support with training grants) and Xpunkt (marketing for local businesses). Clients include training firms, manufacturers, construction and fibre-network contractors, renewable-energy project companies and B2B brands selling across Poland and Germany. We work in Polish, English and German.
