I am the owner of an e-commerce store that sells Pakistani and Indian traditional clothing for women

We hired Komola Digital for improving our page quality and brand building as well as to help optimizer our ad spend.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Komola Digital after they cold emailed me a case study of my business which was very accurate and detailed. Then I sat in a discovery call and hired them on spot.

Firstly after our discovery call. The guys at Komola Digital gave me a project map on what they will implement and how and what not. After my approval soon they started implementing stuff from their project map and soon results where coming. We spent a lot of money in testing different ad campaigns to find that the best option for us is to whitelist.

With me worked 5 people. There was a copy writer. Ad strategist and analyst. Seo expert. Graphics designer. And a project head

They optimized my ads to have a 400% ROAs on my ad spend. They also increased my clv to 50%

I had daily call sessions with the project manager regarding project timeline and project updates and helped me keep track.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They don't offer much services but what they offer, they specialize in it. They were highly knowledgeable in their field.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they were charging very low. Ik it's weird as a customer but for their service I myself felt under charged
