After a series of online meetings, we chose this Komanda development agency because we liked their portfolio, communication style and management. Moreover, our values, goals and plans for future business development coincided.

As the recruitment agency, we often working with different startups, especially in iT, Web3, Saas areas. And these ambitious small companies usually need 2 main things for a dynamic efficient growth: a team of the high-qualified specialists and a great website with high user conversion. We can give our clients the first, excellent recruitment and staffing services.

Unfortunately, we can't help with the second aspect. We had agency that builds websites on the no-code platforms, but needed someone for developing sites on WordPress. So, we found a great partner Komanda which experienced team can do this. It's a NDA project, so I can't provide a lot of the details. But in general our partnership has next points: we recommend each other to our clients and partners, we delegate tasks when they require partner's competences.

Since we started our cooperation guys released about 15 new landing pages to our website, besides fulfilling the rest of quite a massive scope of work, which improved our business presence, helped us to better present our services to the prospects, and improved site ranking

Our main communication channels are - Trello as a project management board and Telegram for instant chatting. The project manager is the only contact point who leads all the communication from the vendor's side.

At the end of the week or at the beginning of the next one we provide him with the main tasks for the week, get the time estimation from the developer, and kick off the process. Our project manager always updates us on the task progress and the planned time of its completion. Our communication is fast and smooth, without bottlenecks and delays.

Guys are always proactive and initiative. They accomplish all of the tasks in time no matter what happens through the hard times.

Thanks to the redesign, the conversion of our website has increased by 20%. We also cut the time to add content to the site by half thanks to the successful development of our CMS. We have improved user experience thanks to new features of the website

We are still writting and adding content to the website. So it might be too early to talk about outcomes. But my general outcome is this: It's amazing to work with people who love what they do, can explain difficult things in detail and in easy words.

I'd love to start with my impression of the project management. We start our work on February, most of our team and Komanda's team are from Ukraine. When the invasion has begun, our project maneger noticed us that the deadlines might be prolonged becouse of the situation. But they managed to finish the progect on time :)

I like the team's approach. They do it conscientiously! Komanda prepared a guide on how to use the WordPress website for our content writers. So there will be no need to educate new writers or marketing managers on how to use it.

Subsequently, Komanda assisted us in executing some of the top priority fixes - principally layout and mobile related fixes. Our internal product team was also provided with some recommendations.

Komanda performed complete UX audit and an extensive quality assurance test of our web site. They provided us with detailed reports that contained clear and prioritized action items, not only problems, but actually suggestions. Next, they assisted with the most important changes: UI fixes, layout enhancements, bug fixes, performance improvements, and enhancements in mobile responsiveness. The audit as well as the planning, fixes, and post fix validation were included in the process.
