I'm the marketing manager of an auto detailing shop that cleans, restores, and sells care products for vehicles.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with kokatta?

We didn't have a website, so we hired kokatta to build one for us from scratch. We also needed a way for customers to pay online instead of doing everything by hand and a simple system to keep track of import paperwork for products we bring in for the shop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

kokatta designed and built our entire website from scratch. They set up an online payment system so our customers could pay directly instead of us handling it manually. They also created a custom form/system for our import paperwork so we could submit and track it digitally instead of doing it by hand like before. The team worked with me throughout the project to make sure everything matched how we actually run things. They tested it all before it went live and were available afterward if any issues came up.

We found them on Upwork. We chose them because they offered good value for the cost. Moreover, Ali's (Founder) communication was outstanding. He delivered what he told us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Before this project, we had no website at all, so it was a complete shift for our business to have one built from scratch. Customers can now pay online directly instead of everything being done by hand. The import paperwork process also became much easier since it's now submitted and tracked digitally instead of manually. Overall, moving from having nothing online to a fully working system changed how we operate day to day.Since launching the site and payment system, our sales have gone up by around 20%–25%. Other factors played a role too, but having a working website and an easier way for customers to pay online made a real difference in that growth. Going from doing everything manually to having it handled through the system was a big part of why we've been able to grow — it freed up time that we've clearly put toward the sales increase we've seen.

How did kokatta perform from a project management standpoint?

kokatta's project management was great. They were very fast with delivery and reliable throughout. The team guided me step by step through their plan and strategy. They updated me every day, whether things were going well or if there was an issue. That kind of honest, consistent communication made the whole process easy to trust. Overall, they were awesome to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how involved they stayed throughout the whole project. They didn't just build the site and disappear. They walked me through their plan step by step and kept me updated daily, even when something wasn't going perfectly. Considering we started with nothing (no website, everything done manually), the fact that they handled the whole thing from scratch and made it feel manageable on my end was the most impressive part.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have any major complaints. If I had to mention something, maybe more of a heads-up in advance about certain steps before they happened, just so I knew what was coming next. However, that was pretty minor and didn't affect the overall project.
