Each of the tasks has been effectively carried out taking into account the initially filled-in brief, the joint breakers and my wishes as a customer. The quality of work was at its height. We also released our landing in time.

Michael and his team's landing was very stylish, responsive to modern design trends, and reflected key values of our business to potential customers, messaging to a target audience. Thus, 60% of the customers within a year since the opening of our agency came directly through the site and also a selling and informative website influenced the decision of potential clients to cooperate with our agency in the process of cold sales.

Michael is an excellent project manager. The work was smooth, without any misunderstandings and miscommunications. Michael carefully listened to my wishes, but at the same time, he advised me on how to package a project so that the future success of the promotion would be higher. The team did not have any problems with meeting deadlines, the team performed the tasks exactly on time and with perfect quality. This is rarely seen in the market of providers :)

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I appreciated most about working with Kogan Agency was that my expectations matched the reality. Quite often, the external image presented by providers (let's say the front-end side) differs from the actual situation (the back-end side). Some companies make a lot of promises, which naturally set high expectations for you as a client, but during the process, things start to go wrong, and pretty usually the result ends up disappointing.

Working with Michael, however, the outcome actually exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by how smoothly we collaborated — Michael really listened to me and heard me, understood my needs. 
He poured his heart into the project as if he were creating the website for his own company. That means a lot to me and reflects my values when it comes to doing business and delivering projects for my clients. So there was a total match!

As an HR manager, I can confidently say that this level of responsibility, dedication, and sense of style is incredibly rare, as Michael represents.

The project was divided into several parts. We've started with creating the main page, creating the outline of the visual style and then step-by-step we've filled the website with About, Corporate and Blog pages. Guys have also helped us with creating unique website style that really reflects the goals of the asset.

We worked with 3 people: CEO, Art-director and web-programmer.

As the results we've got a very good website with full accordance to our needs and platform technical capabilities. Thanks to the guys, our website was nominated as one of the best websites made on the platform.

The timelines were very transparent and the guys usually met all the deadlines. The communication was very easy. Most of it was in messengers, but we also had several calls for sharing the preliminary feedback and making the adjustments to the pipeline.

I would really mention the velocity and the communication. Guys were super quick and very caring about our needs as a customer.
