We needed UI/UX design done on several projects.

They were referred by another cannabis company I collaborated with previously.

Koen Media worked on several projects with us over the months. They have done all the design-related work for our new website. They’ve also done tags, print design for tags and thank you cards, label design, frontend work for our website as well as each subdomain website, and more. The team handled all frontend design and UX, as well. We provided specifications of what we need, and they worked collaboratively with my team. They worked on the frontend and presented it to us for review and feedback, making any necessary changes. As new features are added, they make designs for each landing page.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with their social media manager, graphic designers, and web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Listen to them. Koen Media is knowledgeable and professional, and if you give them full control, they can deliver faster. Give them the opportunity to show you that they know what they’re doing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are superior to other designers I’ve worked with, and I won’t hire anyone else. I use them exclusively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They challenge you, giving honest feedback and suggestions. The team was highly skilled and easy to work with. They took pride in their work, had amazing ideas, and saw the bigger picture because of their design background.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I have no suggestions.
