I'm the CEO of LeadMagicX, an AI-powered business automation ecosystem designed primarily for network marketers, affiliate marketers, and online coaches to streamline their social media marketing and sales processes.

What challenge were you trying to address with KoderTal?

We needed to merge our codebase, use AI to speed up development, and build infrastructure so we could use AI internally to continue to add more features.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had two codebases built by different agencies. We hired KoderTal to merge them into a mono repository so we could use the same login and AI to make changes. This involved merging server code written in different languages, migrating over 50 features, migrating databases, and releasing the product. KoderTal has also done front- and backend work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

KoderTal has hit our expectations regarding timeline and budget. The first project took two months, and the second project took eight weeks. Our budget is preset, so we haven't had any surprise charges. KoderTal has implemented SSO so our users don't need multiple passwords. They've also consolidated our codebases so we don't need to maintain many programming languages. Moreover, we're using AI to speed things up, so we have higher confidence in the product and faster delivery. For example, a project that would have taken three months now only takes eight weeks.

How did KoderTal perform from a project management standpoint?

KoderTal's project management is good. We communicate via Zoom meetings, weekly updates, and a messaging app.

KoderTal has primarily supported us with the development and implementation of an AI-powered chatbot for our holistic health education platform. The goal is to create an intelligent system that helps users navigate our knowledge base and receive structured answers to health-related topics based on our educational content.The team has set up the technical infrastructure, integrated the AI system into our membership platform, and developed the chatbot interface so users can interact with our knowledge library simply and intuitively. KoderTal has also worked on prompt structuring, data integration, and optimizing the chatbot responses so users receive clear and relevant information.The main deliverable is a functional AI chatbot integrated into our platform that allows members to ask questions and receive answers based on our courses, books, podcasts, and knowledge materials.Moreover, KoderTal supports us with ongoing maintenance and updates after the initial launch. Since AI systems and platform integrations require continuous optimization, their role includes monitoring performance, implementing improvements, fixing technical issues when they arise, and refining the chatbot functionality. From time to time, they also help adjust prompts, improve the interaction flow, and ensure the system continues to run smoothly as we expand our knowledge base and add new content to the platform.

One of the key outcomes has been the successful implementation of an AI-powered chatbot that allows our members to quickly access information from our growing knowledge base. This has significantly improved how users navigate our platform and find relevant health information.We’ve also seen a noticeable improvement in user engagement, as members now interact more frequently with the platform to ask questions and explore educational content. In addition, the chatbot helps reduce the number of basic support requests since many common questions can now be answered directly through the system. We estimate that basic support inquiries have decreased by approximately 20%–30% after the chatbot was introduced. Many common questions related to navigation, content access, or general health topics are now answered directly through the AI system.Overall, the project has helped us create a more interactive and scalable learning environment for our community while improving the overall UX on our platform.

Even when new ideas or adjustments come up during the process, KoderTal is flexible and works with us to refine the system. Overall, their ability to combine technical development with a good understanding of UX has made the collaboration particularly effective.

Overall, the collaboration has gone very well. As with many complex digital projects, there have been occasional adjustments and clarifications needed during development, but KoderTal has always been responsive and open to feedback.
