We run business training and needed a site that explains what we teach and gives a decision maker a reason to call. Koda wrote the copy from our materials and from conversations with both trainers, then designed and built the page in "NextJs", best performing technology, as they described. They grouped our client list into industry sections, added a four question tool that points a visitor to the right training area, wrote the FAQ, prepared the photos from our session and handled the technical SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now send a link instead of explaining our offer on the phone, and inquiries arrive already narrowed to a training area, so the first conversation starts from a brief instead of from scratch. Since launch we get much more inquiries a month, against almost zero before (thanks to Google Ads and Google optimization they offered, most probably). We have not had to ask for a fix since launch.

Koda Plus designed and built our entire online presence — from the website itself, through SEO, to ads and a tool that lets us manage everything ourselves. The scope included:

• New website wekert.pl — UX/UI design and full build from scratch in Next.js/React (fast, responsive, tailored to our brand and the PUR foam insulation industry).
• Service & project sections — clear presentation of our services (attic insulation, spray-applied insulation), a realizations/portfolio section, and obvious paths to contact and get a quote.
• "Get a quote" form — a tool that turns website traffic into real inquiries from customers.
• SEO & AEO — technical optimization, local search (Wrocław, Świdnica, Legnica), structured data (LocalBusiness, reviews), and content prepared for both search engines and AI-based search. 
• Blog with a CMS — the ability to add and edit posts with images ourselves, with no technical knowledge required.
• Admin panel — a single place to manage the site, blog, SEO and marketing, with built-in "what to do next" guidance.
• Google Ads integration — connected and expanded into a full dashboard with analytics, charts, spend history and a strategic campaign plan.

• Deadlines were consistently met. Each stage — design, build, SEO, ads — was delivered on schedule, and larger features shipped in clear, working increments rather than one long wait.
• Communication was direct and easy. We could describe what we wanted in plain, non-technical language and always got a quick, clear response.
• Feedback was implemented fast. Whenever we pointed something out — a layout detail, a photo not displaying right, wording changes — it was fixed the same day, often within hours.
• Proactive, not just reactive. Beyond what we asked for, the team suggested improvements we hadn't thought of (SEO, structured data, a self-service admin panel) and explained why they mattered.

• Deep understanding of a niche industry. They genuinely learned our field — PUR foam insulation — so the messaging, structure and SEO actually speak to our customers, not generic filler.
• They're ahead of the curve technically. Modern stack (Next.js), fast and mobile-first, plus optimization not only for Google but for AI-based search (AEO) — things most agencies aren't even doing yet.
• Nothing was "good enough." They kept refining details — image proportions, load speed, wording — until each was genuinely right, without us having to push.
• Honest and transparent. They told us straight what was worth doing and what wasn't, instead of upselling. That built real trust.

Koda Plus rebuilt our store from scratch and added an AI customer-service layer – a complete, modern commerce setup:

• Brand-new storefront, built from scratch – Shopify theme.
• 1:1 catalog and rules migration – products, collections, sale prices and InPost delivery rules replicated exactly.
• Custom Shopify theme work on the live store meanwhile – 68 custom sections and campaign/collection/product templates.
• Omnichannel AI customer-service agent – built on Claude, with a knowledge base (RAG), human-approval guardrails for sensitive actions, an escalation queue and an audit log.
