Koda Plus designed and built our entire online presence — from the website itself, through SEO, to ads and a tool that lets us manage everything ourselves. The scope included:

• New website wekert.pl — UX/UI design and full build from scratch in Next.js/React (fast, responsive, tailored to our brand and the PUR foam insulation industry).
• Service & project sections — clear presentation of our services (attic insulation, spray-applied insulation), a realizations/portfolio section, and obvious paths to contact and get a quote.
• "Get a quote" form — a tool that turns website traffic into real inquiries from customers.
• SEO & AEO — technical optimization, local search (Wrocław, Świdnica, Legnica), structured data (LocalBusiness, reviews), and content prepared for both search engines and AI-based search. 
• Blog with a CMS — the ability to add and edit posts with images ourselves, with no technical knowledge required.
• Admin panel — a single place to manage the site, blog, SEO and marketing, with built-in "what to do next" guidance.
• Google Ads integration — connected and expanded into a full dashboard with analytics, charts, spend history and a strategic campaign plan.
• Analytics & cookie consent — GDPR-compliant setup, loaded in a way that doesn't slow the site down.
• Ongoing support & development — responding to feedback, fixes and further improvements after launch.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• A live, high-performing website replacing the outdated one — faster load times and strong Core Web Vitals / mobile scores, which directly improved our search visibility.
• Higher-quality inquiries coming straight through the "Get a quote" form, instead of relying only on phone calls and referrals.
• Improved local search visibility for PUR foam insulation across Wrocław, Świdnica and Legnica — customers now find us organically.
• Google Ads under control — full visibility into spend, results and cost-per-inquiry through the custom dashboard, so every złoty of budget is tracked.
• Full content independence — we now publish and edit blog posts ourselves, growing our SEO footprint without paying for every change.

• Deadlines were consistently met. Each stage — design, build, SEO, ads — was delivered on schedule, and larger features shipped in clear, working increments rather than one long wait.
• Communication was direct and easy. We could describe what we wanted in plain, non-technical language and always got a quick, clear response.
• Feedback was implemented fast. Whenever we pointed something out — a layout detail, a photo not displaying right, wording changes — it was fixed the same day, often within hours.

• They think like business owners, not just developers. Every decision came back to the same question — will this bring us more customers? — not just "does it look nice."
• They gave us real independence. Instead of locking us into paying for every small change, they built a panel that lets us manage the site, blog, SEO and ads ourselves, in plain language.
• Deep understanding of a niche industry. They genuinely learned our field — PUR foam insulation — so the messaging, structure and SEO actually speak to our customers, not generic filler.
• They're ahead of the curve technically. Modern stack (Next.js), fast and mobile-first, plus optimization not only for Google but for AI-based search (AEO) — things most agencies aren't even doing yet.
• Nothing was "good enough." They kept refining details — image proportions, load speed, wording — until each was genuinely right, without us having to push.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Koda Plus could have done differently?

Honestly, we struggled to find anything significant. The scope was broad, so early on there was a small learning curve getting familiar with all the new tools — but every time we had a question, they answered right away. We're looking forward to continuing the cooperation.
