Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a software services and development company focusing in the digital advertising arena where we assist our clients achieve greater yield on their spend through a combination of analytics, machine learning and consulting. As CTO, I oversee all software development matters.

For what projects/services did your company hire KNOXPO?

We wanted to build a web frontend which would allow our clients to keep track of how their campaigns and audiences were performing. KNOXPO built the frontend system for us and continues to do so.

What were your goals for this project?

Deliver an easy to use, sophisted system that looks good and unpackages system performances into a visual representation.

How did you select this vendor?

We had done prior work with them and were pleased with the results and the relationship.

Developed a reusable dashboard system using Node, Angular and Express. The assisted in all aspects of the system life cycle from initial requirements through to design and eventually development.

What was the team composition?

We dealt directly with a team leader/manager and she managed her development team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The successful rollout of the dashboard system has added some much needed value to our company in terms of building out our IP as well as giving more value to our clients.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Deadlines were met 99% of the time, quotes done from specifications were always within a reasonable timeframe and deliverables were constantly satisfactory.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very easy to work with, produced polished deliverables, and were affordable.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I've been happy with everything so far.

We offer some kind of tourism services, and the buyer user can apply filters according of the period, type of service and location, in order to see the services offered based on these filters. Then, the user can purchase the tickets as he/she wish

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As our project is a complex project with a lot of features, we are working with minor sprints and deliveries. So, each delivery tested and done is an outcome that means progress. We are current in the Sprint 5

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Is very effective. Working through Asana we can share our thoughs and check the progress of the work

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The feedbacks and communications are very important on this kind of work. And we are very glad with that. Also the response time, and we’ve been impressed by the quality of delivery and their ability to correct issues.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I guess that the design is not the focus of the company. So, if there is an area that need to mention in order to improve, would be the design, layout, etc.
