I am a senior marketing manager of Leading ecommerce brand in usa. We are from an eCommerce industry that sells its products to hundreds of people per month.

For what projects/services did your company hire Knoativ, and what were your goals? We were looking for web development services from Knoativ because our site was all over the place. We want to make it right to enhance our user experience and overall responsiveness of the site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Knoativ from our personal contact, who is very active in the community. As we reviewed their past work before choosing them, we realized this was exactly what we wanted for our web design.

As we had asked from Knoativ about responsive website design, clean hover effect on some buttons, four-column footer, and a clean development code, they implemented HTML 5 along with bootstrap 4, CSS 3, and Javascript frameworks.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Knoativ assigned three people to work with us on our project. One of them was a website developer, the second person was a website designer, and the third person was there for quality assurance and testing. All three of them worked very, very hard to complete our project within the given timeframe.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team they sent was phenomenal with their expertise. We informed them very basics about what we need on the website. After project completion, we found quite an increment in our bounce rate, and we were getting more messages than in our user's previous sessions.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was very fluent, and the objectives were turnaround earlier than the described time limit. One of the things they were performing while working was coordination. And that coordination upscales the team's productivity a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Hands down, their technical team; is one of the best I have experienced in my online expedition. The second praiseworthy thing was the team Knoativ's dedication to work. They provided us with on-time deliveries for our work and came up with ingenious solutions to complex problems.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Having checked their work with our development team and they are pretty satisfied with the deliverables. They haven't made any suggestions about the things that could have been done differently.

Due to high demand of real state property investment in Pakistan, RAAS hired Knoativ to develop the website. A clean, user-friendly, and responsive website was the finished product. The successful development of the website Knoativ digital marketing service too. PPC ads, social media ads, and search engine optimization gave RAAS edge over competitors in the market.

We heard about Knoativ via word of mouth. The first project was website development which was completed smoothly. Due to which RAAS planned to hire Knoativ for digital marketing too. The deciding factors were transparent communication. The developers and social media marketers provided weekly reports regarding the progress of the work.

The scope of the project was complete development of the website within two weeks. The delivery was done successfully on-time. Next came marketing of our brand. The marketers at Knoativ used tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, SpyFu to know more about the current trends in the market.

There four people. Two developers and two social media persons were connected with us. Both the developers were senior level developers while the social media people were juniors but quite professional.

Since the website was developed, our sales went up the roof. Plus, our rank on social media improved immensely. From no where to first page on Google, Knoativ did an excellent job in raking our website.

The project management style was coaching. The whole team worked with us on every step of the way. From start till end, we were updated on every step.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team was cooperative. The process was transparent and the developers knew what they were doing. We didn't face any problem during the project. Everyone acted like a true professional and we would definitely refer them to others.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that we can think of.
