Please describe your company and your position there.
I am from Fashionova.com, and I act as a senior general manager within the company. We have an eCommerce platform that hosts thousands of products on our website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Knoativ, and what were your goals?
Our online platform needed drastic improvements that involved inventory management, payment gateway optimization, and a better search bar. We wanted to improve our site's backend so we could efficiently serve our customers and make the purchasing process smooth.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We approached them through a Google search. We're looking for a company that can solve our problem and has better customer service, so we don't have to wait for everything for 2-3 days.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We were quite satisfied with the final deliverables. As a senior manager, I am well-versed with the technologies Knoativ's team had used in our product. From payment gateway integration to making our search bar more competent, they corrected everything through their sheered competency.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Knoativ sent a team of 3 people, one of whom was their development manager. One of them worked on our search bar, and the other person solely operated our inventory management functionality. Meanwhile, the team was receiving directions from the development manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
When the team had completed their work, we did a little work by ourselves in marketing, and after that, we ranked among the top results on Google. And it turned out that our customers were happy about the recent modifications on our site.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Their project management style was enthusiastic and smooth. Everyone was doing their work with a bit of communication; it seemed they were experts in what they had to do. That did affect their turnaround time, which was great.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I can only talk about their eCommerce development part, which was absolutely fantastic. They made changes with such efficiency that we don't think we will have to disturb those changes for more than 2-3 years.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As a product development manager, I was on board with all the changes the Knoativ team made. Hence, I don't have any doubt left about any changes or anything that could have been done differently or executed otherwise.

As soon as the Knoativ team arrived, we were beginning to see a little by little improvement in our platform's visibility. By the time the team finished their work, we had three clients who reached us through organic SEO.

Aside from the team's technical skills, their project management style is what inspired me most. All team members worked in groups that allowed them to solve complex problems within minutes. As a result, their turnaround time is quick.

They always came up with technical solutions that worked. They come up with the technical solution that always worked. It was more about experimenting than coming up with solutions.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
All SEO strategies aren't meant for every business. One has to come up with a specific solution that will work in the required case. And Knoativ did precisely that. Most of their solutions are modified to cater to our business's needs. Therefore, not much can be changed for improvement in such cases.
