Design and build an ecommerce website on Shopify with some customizations like offering various pick up and delivery options. The initial schedule for the launch of the website had a short timeline. There is ongoing work to streamline and enhance the customer experience.

The website is functional and easy. Its also easy for me to make small updates myself and then reach out to KN Digital for more technical support.

Yes, they've been very reponsive with feedback and receptive to pivoting as my needs changed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kara from KN is very friendly and easy to talk to. He's quick to respond and understands my goals. I appreciate that he has a broader perspective with his web support, other than just my critical needs in a specific moment. Its been very helpful that he gives me a quote for hours of work for a specific task so that I can consider whether it makes sense for me to invest the money. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something KN Digital could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.

KN Digital helped us to design a website for our scientific society from start to finish. 

Kara was instrumental in setting a timely schedule, suggesting design aspects and all of the technical implementation required to set up a website.

At the end of the project we had a professionally designed, fully functional website for the European DOHaD Society.

Though the electronic communication was excellent, an occasional telephone meeting early in the process would have been very helpful for me.

Yes, the business and our needs evolved through the time we were working together. He was kind and patient.

Their ability to be flexible to our needs, which changed midway through the project, impressed us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something KN Digital could have done differently?

Yes, we were not given automomy to make updates ourselves, swap or update photos and text because of unfamiliar coding. It was supposed to be all Wordpress and he used elimentor, which requires a specific person familiar with it to make updates- it's just not common for autonomous user updates in the USA.
