I'm the owner of a consulting firm working with clients in various industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Klizo Solutions Pvt Ltd, and what were your goals?

We were launching covid testing in dental offices around the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. We needed a mobile friendly, clean website for test registration with a built in back end dashboard for admin access, while also needing to set up automated functions to communicate with patients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked with Klizos on various projects in the past and they have always met or exceeded our expectations regarding cost, quality and delivery time. They delivered again on this project by building out HIPAA compliant, concise website and dashboard to communicate with multiple partners while also having a lot of automated functions that significantly decreased our energy inputs and increased our productivity.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an intake meeting where we went over the scope of the project. Klizos was able to anticipate many of our needs and then they dove right in and started creating: Website, mobile friendly registration that filtered specific information very well, they also built out HIPPA compliant communcation with all of the proper disclosures. Klizos did some amazing things with the registration form allowing patients to take picture of their license and insurance card with their phone, which then printed on the requisition form to be forwarded directly to 3rd party labs. Based on the lab test results, patients were then automatically notified of results and follow up action as needed. Outstanding!

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It was a team of about 5-6 people on this project though I am not sure of their specific positions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The tools they built out and provided us with allowed us to roll out rapid covid testing in 6 very high volume offices, using no extra personnel, to perform thousands of tests within the normal flow of work operations (with very little additional required from the staff). It was truly remarkable!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their project management was on point. Most of our communication was via WhatsApp, Email and occasional phone calls. These methods were requested by us and Klizos was great at adapting to our needs. Their timeliness was very quick.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the big picture, helped flush out the small details, and delivered a working prototype quickly. They were then on standby for any quick fixes needed as we rolled out each new function for live testing with patients.
