I’m the president of Catch A Lift Fund, a nonprofit organization that empowers post-9/11 combat-injured veterans to rebuild their lives through long-term fitness, nutrition, emotional wellness, and community. We teach a change in lifestyle that empowers veterans to take ownership of their health and their future.

We needed Klik Digital to design a new website for our nonprofit.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Klik Digital to design and develop our website. The team was responsible for website strategy and architecture, ensuring clear communication of Catch A Lift Fund’s mission, programs, and impact. Klik Digital also handled UX/UI design, content collaboration and implementation, brand alignment, and visual execution. The team was also responsible for technical development and launch support, including performance optimization and cross-device responsiveness.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw clear progress across our digital performance, clarity of messaging, and organizational readiness for growth. We saw improved clarity of our mission and programs, resulting in clearer navigation and a stronger understanding of Catch A Lift Fund’s impact among donors, partners, and veterans. We also saw an enhanced UX and site structure, making it easier for visitors to engage with programs, learn about impact, and take action.
We also saw increased engagement indicators, including longer time spent on key pages and improved interaction with core content areas such as Mission, Programs, and Get Involved. We also saw a stronger alignment between brand, storytelling, and digital presentation, creating a more cohesive and professional representation of the organization.
Moreover, we saw improved readiness for fundraising and partnerships, with a scalable website infrastructure that supports campaigns, peer-to-peer fundraising, and future growth initiatives. We also saw operational efficiency gains, allowing staff to update content more easily and respond more quickly to organizational needs.
Overall, these outcomes demonstrated progress in visibility, engagement, and effectiveness, strengthening Catch A Lift Fund’s ability to communicate impact and support veterans nationwide. We received consistently positive qualitative feedback from both users and internal team members. Stakeholders have shared that the site is easier to navigate, more intuitive, and clearly communicates Catch A Lift Fund’s mission, programs, and impact.
Veterans, supporters, and partners have noted improved clarity around how to engage with the organization, whether through participation, support, or partnership. Internally, team members have reported that the site better reflects the organization’s values and provides a stronger foundation for storytelling, outreach, and future growth. 
Overall, the feedback affirms that the new website is accessible, user-friendly, and mission-focused, creating a stronger experience for all audiences.

Project management was excellent throughout the engagement. The team was highly organized, efficient, and responsive, ensuring clear communication and steady progress at every stage of the project. They delivered all agreed-upon components on time and were attentive to our needs and feedback.
We worked closely with their team in Ukraine and found them to be professional, personable, and collaborative. Their ability to balance structure with flexibility made the process smooth and productive, and we were very pleased with both the experience and the results.

The initial stage of work was a little hard due to communication difficulties.  Once we ironed that out, things moved fairly smoothly.

We did have to repeat editorial requests 2-3 times, at times, before action was taken.

Since the project is still in development and measurable outcomes will be available in a month, we are preparing to track several key performance indicators (KPIs) once the project goes live. Our expected outcomes include:
 • Website Traffic: An anticipated increase of up to 45% from our baseline metrics.
 • Social Media Engagement: A projected boost of 60% in interaction levels across our platforms.
 • Conversion Rates: An estimated 35% improvement from our targeted digital marketing campaigns.
 • Course Enrollments: A forecasted 30% growth in new enrollments for the Learn Ukrainian course.

Although the project is still under development, the initial deliverables have been met on time, instilling confidence in the continued success of our collaboration.

Since the project is still ongoing, it’s too early to fully assess areas for improvement. While Klik Digital has been highly responsive and detail-oriented, a slightly faster turnaround on approvals and revisions could further enhance project efficiency. Overall, though, their performance has been very strong.
