For what projects/services did your company hire KK Group, and what were your goals?

I wanted a short video that gives a sneak peek into my cookbook. The idea was that I prepared several dishes by looking at the book, or how the cooked food found in the book looks like in real life.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been working with KK group for several years, since 2017, we have made many different videos, like gym training video, commercials for social networks for a GARMIN watch, and culinary commercials for my cookbook and other videos in which I am an invited model. I always recommend everyone to work with KK group, because their video quality is excellent, their professionalism and performance is amazing.

I contacted Kamran (CEO of KK Group) through social networks, told my idea, then we met and communicated about the best and most successful way to implement the idea, which KK group successfully did.

I worked closely with a producer (Kamran) throughout who was very communicative and flexible to our needs, also who was the main operator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I was thrilled with the video - it really captured what I was looking for, even though I wasn't sure at first! Everyone has had quite an emotional response to the final video! The video was released on summer 2021 and I still receive quite amazing reviews (in October 2022).

Kamrans was easy to communicate with, he was very open to make some crazy things (throw flour on the camera for cool shots). During editing phase, he gave me a regular update on how far the process is. I loved KK Group's openness to realize my crazy ideas and ability to give my video a beautiful, high-quality touch.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they captured our work's powerful, emotional, and in the best possible quality without ever hearing about it before!

I am founder of the company. We are producing and selling bath products - mainly bath bombs.

For what projects/services did your company hire KK Group, and what were your goals?

Our bath products are a bit complicated to capture, so we wanted to create a video that could show our colorful and yet so detailed bath bombs. Our idea was to throw our bombs into the bath filled with water and KK group was not afraid of the difficult task. In fact, they made it very easy and fun.

We found out about KK group on social media, we were intrigued by their portfolio and we wanted to create something similar. In fact, the result was better than we could have hoped for.

We first organized the meeting where I explained what my idea was, and the KK Group without hesitation offered an even better solution to demonstrate our product more successfully and professionally. KK Group then offered me visual examples to give me a better idea of how the filming was going. The project was complicated, but the professionalism of the KK Group made it easy. It was difficult to film the Bath bombs, because when they are thrown into the water, they are no longer usable, and everything had to be filmed perfectly from the first pass. It is also necessary to take into account the fact that I had a limited number of bombs with me during the filming. The whole process went better than I expected and the end result was amazing.

We worked with Kamrans, who is founder of the company. We contacted him directly and received the answers immediately, and it took a short time to complete the whole project. When the final result were received, KK Group suggested whether there is anything we want to correct. We wanted to make a small change in two places in the video, and the KK Group agreed with us without trying to impose our views, which was very pleasing because we know what it is like to criticize another's work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've used this promotional video on social media, on our website, and in our TV commercials, and we've received incredibly good reviews, as well as more customers. Of course, there was no shortage of customers who were interested in who was filming this commercial for us.

It was very easy to communicate with KK Group, we often received a project status update, we knew how the project was moving forward and when the final work could be expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

KK group was able to adapt quickly to this product and provide original ideas, although the he mentioned that they had never filmed bath bombs thrown into the water before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I couldn't think of anything that KK Group could do to improve. It was really pleasant to work with them.

I am the CEO of Riga Customs. We ar auto tuning, styling, performance, design, wrapping, detailing workshop.

We wanted to spice up our social networks (Instagram) and wanted a lot of small videos for each project we had. We have been working together since 2021 and we have completed more than 10 videos together and we are very grateful for our collaboration with KK Group and willing to continue our projects in the future.

We were looking for local video producer and we heard great feedback from several people about KK group and wanted to contact him to see if we could manage to work together.

We started by me explaining what we are doing with this project car (wrapping, detailing etc.) and what I am expecting to see in the video. Kamrans was very kind and professional person to work with and he delivered amazing ideas to succeed the project even greater.

I was working with Kamrans who is the CEO and the main Video Operator of KK Group and he was as friendly as he could be! It was a pleasure to communicate, to brainstorm the ideas, and he delivered every video freaking fast.

I am the founder of the company, we are engaged in the production of personalized home decoctions.

We wanted to have a quick and aesthetically pleasing video for ads, website and social networks showing what our company was for an audience that might not have any exposure to us yet. The KK Group team did that for us in the form of a professional video.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We saw an ad for their company and decided to call them. We also checked other provider options, but we decided to use them because they aligned better with our needs and expectations.

Their project management was very good. We had weekly check-ins, and they send me drafts of the videos so I could express how I like it so far. It was a very smooth process, and we communicated through email and phone calls.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with a Kamrans who is CEO and I expressed my feedback after I received the video. I wanted to change the sound and Kamrans was so kind to help me find the right song for each video! He always asked questions if he needed clarification and offered a few options to any thing that came up.

He have posted the videos already and we have got rave reviews form our team and clients so far. Videos that KK Group have produced really help our business to grow it’s audience.

Communication was all done through email and calls and was prompt and on-schedule. Expectations were made clear up front and instructions were given at every stage.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their quickness and professionalism impressed us! I have the utmost confidence in Kamrans creative direction and that of her team. He was always prompt to respond to emails and kept me and my team on track when feedback was needed. Our goal was to have the video completed by the end of August and we did!

No
