Kite has been our main IT services provider since 2021 and ongoing now. Our engagement started when there were just three people in our company in one single market in Hong Kong, through our expansion to four markets now with 20 people. 
Kite has been advising us and implementing everything we need in IT as we scale up and as our needs evolve and grow in complexity. Kite has also played an instrumental role in supporting us fulfil our large corporate clients' IT audit / requirements when onboarding us as their new vendor.

Met all our requests, very responsive, including occasionally outside normal working hours

They deliver items on time. Our IT needs keep evolving, and Kite Systems has been growing with us and has always been supportive in helping us find solutions.

The culture and attitude of going the extra mile to work out solutions with us. This is very much in line with our culture when working with our clients, and we are really grateful to Kite for that. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kite Systems could have done differently?

All good for me as the key contact. For our wider team, it might help if we could work out with Kite an even easier way for Kite and our team members to communicate with each other in following up on helpdesk tickets.
