I work for a non profit as an health outreach worker where we try to help the ones in the remote areas with the health activities

For what projects/services did your company hire Kilvish Media?

More help needs more people and more funds to provide services to the ones in need. We've hired them to increase our reach on the social media platforms to display the work we do to a larger base of audience to attract both, volunteers and funds.

How did you select Kilvish Media and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking out for digital marketing companies however landed on this performance based company instead, though we were looking for established companies to serve us, but linked in made it possible to find this start up which looked equally professional in service and experience along with ticking off our budget estimates.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They scheduled a video meet for us and asked for our proposal to understand the requirements better in order to kick off a strategic plan for our project. Also, they managed our posting schedules, social media handles, researched the best suited hastags and captions for our outreach project.

Also, we were able to attract a lot of volunteers and funds for the same cause through their well created and professionally managed ads on social media . Though we didn't have an understanding of how to track the activities, the team told us of the hootsuite software too, which made it easy for us to check the actual performance on a regular basis.

We worked with a social media manager and two social media marketing specialists.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was an increase in the no. of our followers from 2000 to 5000 on Instagram along with an increase of 1000 volunteers in our volunteer base who got to know about our activities through their well designed and creative posts.

The page reach has increased and the funds that were collected after we've involved them in our project has increased five times, most of which has come through the specifically created ads, keeping the target audience in mind.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very professionally managed over the emails and video meets as per the demand of the project. We've been able to keep the track of the project and the engagement activities as their team was available for very actively throughout the project

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's quality of work and the professionalism of staff have been impressive throughout the workflow. I agree to how they describe themselves as performance marketing company rather than just a digital marketing company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The tracking software was a bit tough for us to understand, however after discussing with them once, they presented it to us in easy to understand ppts and reports.

We wanted to grow our business online and were looking for a company that would offer best service at affordable rates. They helped create a brand image and attract a larger audience.

A friend recommended Kilvish Media. After discussing our requirements with their team, we felt confident and also the rates were affordable. They served us great ideas.

They used some of the paid tools to share good insight reports. Also, as discussed at the beginning, we were shared all the activities on time.

I coordinated with one and he is currently a digital marketing manager at Kilvish Media.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am ranking for some of the highly competitive search terms on Google. Also, I have started ranking on the search engines now. I get good count on calls from the clients. I have a better social base now.

They deliver reports and services on time. Good at communication. Polite. They did their best to deliver work as per your expectation.
