I'm the head of the academy at betterHR. We support companies in implementing modern HR strategies, focusing on effective leadership, future-oriented personnel development, and sustainable change.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kiez Digital?

We worked with Kiez Digital to develop a website that clearly communicates who we are and what we stand for at betterHR.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kiez Digital supported betterHR with website development and branding services to bring our digital presence in line with our mission and target audience. The scope of work included the following main deliverables:

Website Development

• Migration of existing content from Wix to WordPress
• Creation of a user-friendly interface for both desktop and mobile
• Implementation of two rounds of design/content adjustments

Branding

• Refinement of the betterHR logo, including new color versions and favicon
• Creation of new brand assets and a revised color palette
• Development of a brand book with guidelines for consistent application

We chose Kiez Digital because it felt like the right mix of professionalism and personality. We were looking for a partner who really got what we do, and from the first conversation, it was clear that they understood our vision and values.

We worked with Kiez Digital from December 2024–April 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the most encouraging outcomes was the immediate and positive feedback we received from our network. Shortly after launching the new website, we noticed a clear increase in inbound contact requests, especially from qualified leads. We also received proactive responses from key stakeholders, who shared that the new site truly reflects the spirit and professionalism of betterHR. These results reassured us that the new website is not only visually appealing but also effective in reaching the right people.

How did Kiez Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Our overall experience with Kiez Digital was very positive, especially in terms of communication and project management. The team was structured, responsive, and easy to reach, which made the collaboration smooth even when timelines shifted or feedback loops got tight. We appreciated their proactive approach, clear documentation, and the way they kept us aligned on next steps without overwhelming us with the process.
