We run engagements in short, iterative cycles with clear milestones. Each project has a dedicated senior engineer as technical lead, a shared backlog, and regular demos. We adapt to the client's existing process (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) or set one up if needed.

We follow security and data-protection best practices on every engagement — least-privilege access, encryption, secure environments, and clear data-handling agreements. We work in line with GDPR for EU client data, and for regulated industries we implement the specific controls a project requires (for example, HIPAA-aligned practices for healthcare clients). We're happy to sign an NDA or DPA before work begins.

We begin with a technical discovery to understand goals, constraints, and existing systems. Then we align on scope, milestones, and an engagement model (project-based or dedicated team), set up access and environments securely, and start with a short first deliverable so clients see value early.

Clients work directly with the senior engineers doing the work, not account managers. We provide regular written updates, async communication via the client's preferred channel (Slack/email), and scheduled calls. Progress, risks, and decisions are documented and shared transparently.
