What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• First and foremost, I wanted the website to look appealing and aligned with my vision for the company. This was achieved in the results.
• I also wanted all the aspects of the website to be aligned with my branding strategy. This was achieved in the results as well.
• My goal was to make the website's design responsive across all screen sizes and device types to make the user experience cohesive and consistent. This was achieved in the results, too.

 All in all, my expectations were met and even exceeded by Keywrdr.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, they delivered items on time and were in constant communication with me throughout the process. I was updated on every milestone, and if there were blockers (although there were hardly any) they were quick to inform me so that we could re-assess our timelines. Also, they were very attentive and proactive towards our project.

They weren't afraid to speak their minds and help me strategize on what could be better decisions for my goals. On the other hand, they also respected my calls when I wanted to stick to them.
