What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ve been on two HOA boards and have experience dealing with property management companies. In my personal opinion, Keystone is either corrupt or incompetent. They made a mess of our recent HOA elections. Forgot to send out proxy ballots even though the election rules and HOA bylaws specifically required them to do. 

Provided wrong information on why two write-in candidates were disqualified on election night, despite them winning by a margin of 4-1. The story kept changing on why they were disqualified. Then they promoted the manager who was in charge of this debacle to VP. I don’t know if this was intentional misconduct or pure incompetence, but in my personal opinion, neither is acceptable.

For some requests, such as pool fobs, they responded quickly. But the entire board election situation was a disaster.

They've had a good reputation, which is destroyed by our experience with them.

Run elections accurately according to the HOA bylaws and election rules. Serve the homeowners and not the Board.
