Continued web app development of a client portal for our recruiting subsidiary, using Softr and other technologies. The app will enable recruiters to present and manage the Candidates available for each Client’s job requisition via a web interface and allow Clients to review progress on each job requisition. The app will also enable app administrators to view and manage all Clients, Projects, and Candidates in the app:

- Navigation menu

- Airtable database improvements

- General formatting

- Home page improvements

- Projects page improvements

- New pages:

  > Clients details page

  > Projects details page

  > Candidates details page

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Improvements were made on all of the below:

- Navigation menu

- Airtable database improvements

- General formatting

- Home page

They were very responsive to our needs and maintained great communication throughout, providing access to Jira board so I could check in.

This project entails updating an existing marketplace web application over the course of 3 weeks. The details of the updates to be made are listed in the Specifications section of this document. SPECIFICATIONS API Integrations Estimated duration: 1 to 2 weeks 

• Stripe Connect for Marketplaces 
• Shippo to include return labels on all packages 
• Affiliate Program Tweaks Estimated duration: 1 to 2 weeks 
• Change delivery methods: ○ In-person meetup ○ Shipping
• Reactivate Google Maps integration 
• Allow photos to be clicked and look bigger on product page 
• Send email when someone requests to borrow 
• Send email when someone accepts or declines to lend 
• Update FAQ with claims process 
• Add terms of service and privacy policy to footers

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Functionality was a metric of success. The site became way easier to use thanks to improved workflows, had more features and capabilities, and reflected the updated brand.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Michael was incredibly reliable. He was always early or on-time to meetings, prepared with an updated agenda (our checklist contract with status updates on each adjustment), and was always professional. As a first-time non-technical founder, I had a lot to learn. Michael not only did the work but was always so patient in explaining everything to me, even making tutorial vimeo clips to see the steps. He always communicated what was involved in each request I had which was helpful to learn.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved how they were capable of doing everything I needed, and in the few instances he wasn't fully familiar with something, he would take the initiative and learn it himself. He's so kind, patience, a wonderful communicator, and a great worker. It was such a pleasure to work with him, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Keymaker could have done differently?

Nope!
