We hired Kerda softech to create an IP manangement platform as well as IP CAL.

What were your goals for this project?

Management of case files, history, inbuilt finance and dispatch modules alongside IP CAL which may help our clients to preprare online estimate related to our services

We got cinnected over through Internet, and several rounds of discussion and sample module we found Kerda Sotech team quite professional and reliable

Syatem has been described above, in short Kerda Softech assisted in creating a portal which assists our clients to monitor case development, prepare estimates, monitor finance and dispatch as well

3 Php, 1 designer, 2 testers and 1 analyst

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Great, system really helped us to reduce manpower resources and most importantly clients had updates in a timely manner.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

All updates were provided on a weeklt basis and through weekly meetings inputs or issues were discussed to minimize the error or delay in project

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were professional and had a positive attitude toward the project. Timely reporting and above all efficiently understood the project and take it towards right path. In past we hired 2 other IT COMPANIES but failed to even finish 5% of the project

Are there any areas for improvement?

As of now we didnt felt any such requirements but may be with use of our portal we may require Kerda Sofrech team for AMC
